We are seeing early signs that some hospitals and clinics are sending in-house transcriptionists home. Thankfully, 360 Transcription has not been affected by COVID-19 and we are maintaining the current transcription workflow. We are running business as usual with the same 24/7 coverage and turnaround time. All work is received and completed via our online platform so there is no face-to-face contact.
Our transcriptionists are working safely from their home offices as well. I do not foresee any interruption in the completion of reports.
